These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Hewad Clothing Store website and the purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms.

2) Eligibility and Accounts
- Minimum age: Users must be capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law.
- Guest checkout: Orders can be placed without creating an account. If an account is created, the user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities under the account.
- Accurate information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and update it as needed.
3) Products, Pricing, and Availability
- Product descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but minor variations in color, fabric, or detailing may occur due to display settings or artisanal craftsmanship.
- Prices and currency: Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice prior to order acceptance. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown or calculated at checkout where applicable.
- Errors: If a pricing, stock, or other material error is discovered, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Users will be notified.
- Availability: Stock is subject to availability. We may limit quantities or refuse service to anyone where lawful.
4) Orders and Contract Formation
- Order placement: Placing products in the cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy.
- Acceptance: The contract is formed when the order is accepted and a confirmation email is sent. Automated “order received” notices are acknowledgments, not acceptance.
- Cancellations by us: We may cancel due to unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incomplete or inaccurate information, or shipping to unserviceable locations. A full refund will be provided where payment was captured.
5) Payments
- Methods: Stripe and PayPal are accepted. Cash on Delivery may be offered in limited regions where stated on the website.
- Authorization: By submitting a payment method, the user represents they are authorized to use it and authorizes us or our payment processors to charge the total order amount, including shipping and any applicable duties/taxes displayed at checkout.
- Security: Card details are processed by compliant payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Failed/flagged payments: Orders may be paused or cancelled pending verification. We may request additional information to verify identity or delivery address.
6) Shipping and Delivery
- Couriers: We typically ship via DHL or FedEx to serviceable destinations worldwide.
- Processing times: Order processing times are separate from courier transit times and are shown or communicated at/after checkout.
- Delivery estimates: Any dates are estimates and not guarantees; delays can occur due to customs, weather, or courier constraints.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the address provided. For Cash on Delivery, risk passes at successful handover.
- Wrong/undeliverable addresses: If an address is incorrect or delivery fails after courier attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin. Reshipping fees may apply; shipping fees may be non-refundable.
- Customs and duties: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene or regulatory reasons, certain categories (e.g., intimate apparel, customized or final-sale items) may be non-returnable if marked on the product page or at checkout.
- Process: Contact us via email with the order number and reason. We may request photos/videos to verify condition or issues. Upon approval, follow the return instructions provided.
- Postage: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error is attributable to us.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping, COD fees, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability; otherwise, a refund or store credit may be provided.
8) Cancellations
- By customer: Cancellations before dispatch may be accepted; after dispatch, please follow the returns process upon delivery.
- By us: We may cancel for reasons in Section 4. A full refund will be provided if payment has been taken.
9) Customs, Compliance, and Cross‑Border Sales
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully imported into the destination country and for complying with local laws and regulations, including any import restrictions on textiles/apparel.
- Customs inspections can open and re-seal packages; this is outside our control.
10) Promotions, Coupons, and Gift Cards
- Promotions are time-limited and subject to stated terms. Unless specified, offers cannot be combined, and discounts apply to merchandise subtotal before shipping and taxes.
- Misuse or suspected fraud may result in cancellation of the order or deactivation of the promotion.
11) User Content and Reviews
- License: By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, the user grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the store and our marketing, subject to applicable law.
- Prohibited content: defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or deceptive content; content violating others’ privacy or IP; or content including others’ personal data without consent. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
